Marbaa Capital was founded to invest in and develop real estate with patience and rigour. We look for opportunities where careful underwriting, sound design and hands-on management can create value that lasts.

Based in Dubai, we work with landowners, co-investors, consultants and contractors to take projects from first appraisal through to completion and long-term ownership.
